Hi everyone, thanks so much for checking out my blog!
I’m a twenty two year old model, living in east london and studying nutrition part time.
I use London as the focus of my blog, and try to include suggestions for cool new restaurants, bars and exhibitions to visit if you’re in the city. It feels like theres a constant flow of new places to explore, so in a way, this is my personal guide to the capital!
I’m also ridiculously health obsessed and try to look at ways to stay healthy in the city, so look out for lots of juice bars and raw food cafes, and of course some recipes. Due to health conditions, I eat a mostly plant based diet and quite strictly limit my intake of gluten, dairy and red meat. I honestly can’t recommend this lifestyle enough. Since altering my outlook in terms of diet, I’m more energetic, happier and feel and look a thousand times better. And the best part? I don’t ever feel like I’m depriving myself from my favourite foods ( life’s too short for that! ) I’m simply finding new, and healthier, ways to make them.
